Pricing Policy

     All prices are subject to change without notice.  In store pricing may vary.

Current Stock

     Prevail Paintball will let the customer know upon confirmation of their order if any items requested are out of stock or backordered.  The customer will be notified as to the time frame for shipping a backordered item.  

Warranty

     Most product that is sold by Prevail Paintball is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  If you have a product that is defective upon delivery you can call 780-469-8881 or email at warranty@prevailpaintball.com and you will receive instructions on the direction to take.  Prevail Paintball is not responsible for shipping charges for warranty items.  If you bring your prevail purchased product into our store with proof of purchase, our master airsmith will be happy to help with any warranty issues by fixing them himself or assisting in the manufacturer warranty process.  Warranty matters will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping

     Purchases of $150 or more will have free shipping applied.  Free shipping does not apply to any location not accessible by ground route shipping.  Prevail Paintball reserves the right to charge shipping on any size order if it believes that the mode, destination, size or weight of the shipment require it to do so.  In all cases the customer will be made aware of the shipping costs before the sale is made final.  

Return Policy

     Prevail Paintball online has a 30 day return policy on any unopened and unused product sold online.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any product.  The 30 day period begins the day the product is shipped from our location.  It will be Prevail Paintball’s sole discretion as to whether a product has been used or opened.  Clothing must be returned, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags in place.  All returns must include ALL original packaging, manuals, parts, warranty cards, etc.  Products that don’t meet these standards will be assessed a restocking fee from 20 - 50 % depending on the condition or may even be denied if they have been damaged, altered or tampered with.  
     Prevail’s Online return policy differs from its in store policy which is 7 days unopened, unused.  In-store return policies may differ from location to location.
